We supply professional CNC tooling, saw blades, router bits, and related industrial accessories. All products are intended for professional and commercial use. Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided in good faith but may vary slightly from the actual product.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email or dispatch the goods. We may cancel an order if products are unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to verify payment.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at wojtek@smarterproduction.co.uk. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, at your expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Custom-made or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Defective products will be replaced or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smarter Production Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
