Description

️ One full PCD blade spread out on three helix wings
️ Body made from stainless steel > 28 HRC or tungsten carbide
hardness of 93,8 HRA
️ Can be resharpened: H2,5 - (2-3 sharpening operations)
️ HM or PCD plunge tip at the bottom to drill

Advantages

️ The DTA cutter has one full insert and three spirals.
️ It is designed for simple, light cutting in wood-based materials. It is a universal and inexpensive tool, ideal as an entry level for customers who are just starting to work with diamond tools.
️ The DTA cutter is designed for working with wood-based materials.
️ The recommended feed rate for this cutter is about 5 meters per minute depending on the diameter.
️ DTA with carbide body: This version has two incomplete inserts and is axial. It is a more economical version of the DTS cutter, designed for basic tasks.
️ The DTA cutter is designed for simple cutting and is not ideal for more advanced applications. It's a universal tool, but not the best when higher productivity is needed.
