Detailed Audit and Plan Proposal
We will spend an entire day with you, observing all operations as well as actively asking questions. We will identify problems and opportunities. We will report back to you all the findings.
Implementation Phase
Even Rome wasn't built in a day. Depending on the findings of the audit this phase may take 3 or 6 months. We are operating on a monthly retainer and estimate time required.
Ongoing Support
Prices for Implementation and Ongoing Support are indicative and will be confirmed in the post-Audit Report (see details below).

The services offered will be provided with upmost care and diligence, however if you're not satisfied with the outcomes our liability is limited to the value of this contract.
Creating 100% custom solutions for any problem Our consultant will spend with you quite some time when auditing what you have built to date. We offer our skills and knowledge, not time. However initial audit day is limited to a maximum of 8 hours in the workshop and location discussed in the initial call. If additional visits are required these may be charged additional £350 per visit (up to 90 minutes on site).
Prices for Implementation and Ongoing Support are indicative at this point and will be confirmed in the post-Audit Report. For example, a price of £3,000 covers a 6-month agreement for implementing the outlined items from the audit report, with up to 32 hours of support per month. A price of £3,600 applies to a 3-month agreement, also with up to 32 hours of support per month.
We inform you that all the provided prices are final amounts to be paid. The company is not VAT registered, therefore VAT will not be added to the price.
We are ready to start as and when you are. However there might be a time when we are more busy than usual - if this is the case, we will discuss the timeline with you.
